To choose the best needle to be used in the sewing work, you must define the type of fabric that will be sewn, the needle diameter according to the thickness of the material, the machine, and the thickness of the thread to be used. Most industrial needles are available in the "65 to 180" Metric System or "09 to 24" Singer System from 0.65mm in diameter to 1.80mm. Special needles are also available in other measures. Ensure that you are using the needle with the correct measurement and remember that the thread has to pass freely through the eye of the needle to make a good seam.

Ball Tip Needles: They are used in the sewing of lightweight synthetic fabrics, such as knitwear and Lycra®, avoids damaging the fibers. Available in the options: Cover stitch, Overlock, Straight Thin Cable and Straight Thick Cable. It comes in diameters 09, 10, 11, 12 and 14. Package with 10 needles.
Arrowhead Needles: They are used in most applications, including sewing leather, PVC/Plastics, and non-synthetic fibers. They should not be used in synthetic fibers. Available in the options: Cover Stitch, Overlock, Straight Thin Cable and Straight Thick Cable. It comes in diameters 16, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22. Package with 10 needles
